1. Using the games

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the games, or use cheats or tools that change how they work.

2. Ads

Our games are free and show ads from Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and give an in-game reward when watched to the end. Do not tap ads on purpose to create false clicks. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Ownership

The games, including their code, design, graphics and sounds, belong to Dukkan Games or to the people who licensed them to us. Third-party asset credits are listed inside each game.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop any game at any time. Game progress is stored on your device, so it can be lost if you uninstall the game or change devices. In-game rewards and items have no money value.

5. No warranty

The games are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be free of errors or always available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, that comes from using the games. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

7. App stores

If you downloaded a game from Google Play, Google's terms also apply. Google is not responsible for the games or for support.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from its effective date. If you continue to play after a change, you accept the new terms.
